The Bluejays Baseball Club is a volunteer‑run 501(c)(3) youth baseball organization based in Central Iowa. Founded by Jake Sigmund and Liz Bryant, the BJBC was built on a simple belief: baseball is a powerful way to help parents raise incredible young humans.

We’re not a “win at all costs” program — and we never will be. Player health, respect for the game, and learning to play for your team come first. We protect our athletes fiercely and teach them that character, effort, and teamwork will carry them much farther than any scoreboard ever could.

BJBC is a family‑oriented club that welcomes multi‑sport athletes and celebrates well‑rounded kids. We hold a firm line on respect: toward parents, teammates, coaches, umpires, and opponents. Your player will learn to compete with heart — and to handle both victory and defeat with grace.
